Job QualificationsRequired:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Business Management or a related field.
- Advanced skill in Python, AI/ML tools, Tableau/PowerPoint, SQL, R, Excel
- 8+ years of experience in Clinical Data Analytics, Statistics, and Quality Measures
- 8+ years of experience in advanced analytical and quantitative skills
- 1+ years Prompt engineering in healthcare workflow projects
- Support AI-enabled analytics or automation use cases using structured and unstructured data
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Project management skills
- Excellent understanding of the industry-specific issues, regulatory requirements, and current healthcare industry
- Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced and creative environment
- Ability to think "outside-the-box" and be creative to accomplish departmental goals
- Ability to prioritize work and remain detail oriented
- Ability to lead System wide complex projects
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Preferred:
- MS in Data Science, quantitative analytical fields
- 5+ year in Python, SQL, and Tableau/PowerPoint experience
- 5+ year experience in data science (LLM), data management and data analysis
- 3+ year experience in healthcare industry
- 3+ year experience in project management
