POSITION SUMMARYAs the Associate Manager of Web Analytics for , you will help build and drive website & ecommerce reporting. You will be responsible for building, designing, and reporting KPIs. You will be the main analytics thought partner bringing analytics leadership to the  team to drive insights and action.

We need someone with a strong business acumen, excellent storytelling skills, and a robust technical toolkit. You’ll work with the Marketing Analytics team and key decision-makers throughout the DTC team and share your insights and recommendations with all levels of the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Define KPIs, reporting methods, and dashboard functionality to monitor  performance and connect results to broader brand and business objectives.

Translate DTC performance data into clear, compelling stories that explain what is happening, why it matters, and what actions should be taken.

Develop regular executive-ready readouts that highlight key insights, business drivers, risks, and growth opportunities in a concise and strategic way.

Build, update, and manage Looker dashboards that enable faster business understanding, stronger decision-making, and alignment to brand strategy.

Strengthen A/B testing reporting in Looker and partner with the  team to evaluate site optimization impact and identify scalable learnings. CAPABILITIES & SKILLS REQUIRED In order to take on these challenges, you’ll need to have:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
3-5 years of overall experience in website ecommerce analytics.

Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and related tools, such as Google Analytics, SQL, Looker, Shopify, Klaviyo, Daasity and Daash Advanced proficiency in MS Office with a mastery of Excel Experience translating data dashboards into a compelling visual and easy to understand story to communicate learnings and next steps.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate insights and recommendations clearly and effectively to executive stakeholders.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with competing priorities and deadlines.
