OverviewAs a Portfolio Manager within the Production Platform Integration Team, you’ll help proceed workflow and integration solutions from discovery through prototype, pilot, and production.
You will manage plans, dependencies, and risks. You will also communicate with stakeholders. Additionally, you will translate complex workflows into clear requirements, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes. You’ll partner with Technical Directors, Engineering, Research Platform and Evaluation teams, Security, Legal, Privacy, Brand, studio stakeholders, IT, and vendors.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain project plans, milestones, and delivery cadences across discovery, prototype, pilot, and production.
- Facilitate standups, planning sessions, stakeholder workshops, demos, decision reviews, and retrospectives.
- Track scope, schedules, resources, risks, and cross‑functional dependencies.
- Surface blockers and tradeoffs clearly to management.
- Gather requirements by talking to stakeholders, holding workshops, and reviewing workflows.
- Translate stakeholder needs into process maps, use cases, user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Document exception scenarios, decisions, and definitions of done.
- Connect stakeholder goals to solution features and measurable success metrics.
- Coordinate dependencies involving APIs, content systems, data owners, IT, identity and access, Security, Privacy, and Legal.
- Maintain risk registers, mitigation plans, and pilot and production readiness checklists.
- Drive launch readiness by ensuring documentation, telemetry, operational runbooks, training, support plans, and governance approvals are completed before release.
- Produce concise, outcome‑focused updates for stakeholders and management.
- Track adoption, delivery health, and business outcomes following launch.
- 3–5 years of experience as a technical program manager, program manager, or operations lead delivering software or workflow solutions.
- Experience documenting complex workflows. Experience with functional requirements. Insight with user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Experience managing project plans, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
- Ability to coordinate across Engineering, Product, IT, and governance teams.
- Experience leading structured meetings.
- Experience conducting requirements workshops.
- Ability to communicate technical and operational information clearly to different audiences.
- Robust written communication
- Comfort working autonomously in ambiguous environments.
- Experience supporting AI‑enabled products, including LLM workflows, search, retrieval, or automation.
- Knowledge with APIs, system integrations, telemetry, identity and access, and deployment constraints.
- Experience navigating Security, Privacy, Legal, or enterprise release approvals.
- Experience in media, entertainment, production, or creative operations. Knowledge of complex workflows
- Experience supporting pilot launches, change management, training, and adoption reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, computer science, media, or a related field.
Hiring Salary Range: $86,000..
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job‑related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
