This is a great opportunity for a Technical Solutions Architect to lead the architectural planning for a strategic integration initiative connecting ERP, ATS, and CRM systems. This engagement focuses on defining the future-state integration architecture, establishing technical standards, and creating a scalable implementation roadmap. Working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and technology vendors, you will ensure secure, efficient, and well-governed data integration while enabling delivery teams to execute independently after the architecture phase.
Responsibilities- Design the end-to-end integration architecture connecting SAP ERP, HRIS/HCM, ATS, and CRM platforms.
- Develop current-state and target-state architecture diagrams, integration blueprints, and implementation roadmaps.
- Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Sales, IT, and external vendors to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Define APIs, middleware requirements, data synchronization methods, transformation rules, and interface specifications.
- Lead enterprise data mapping, master data governance, and field ownership across integrated systems.
- Review integration designs to ensure compliance with security, privacy, and enterprise architecture standards.
- Produce comprehensive technical documentation and conduct knowledge transfer sessions to support implementation teams.
- Minimum SEVEN years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise integration, or technical consulting.
- Hands-on experience integrating SAP ERP, Success Factors, SAP HR/HCM, or similar enterprise platforms.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems and CRM platforms such as Hub Spot or Salesforce.
- Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, iPaaS solutions, integration patterns, and data modeling.
- Solid understanding of HR, recruiting, onboarding, and employee lifecycle business processes.
- Experience creating architecture documentation, including data flow diagrams, sequence diagrams, interface specifications, and data mappings.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
