Technical Project Manager / Solutions ArchitectWe’re seeking a Technical Project Manager (TPM) with a strong background in technical documentation, engineering collaboration, and project execution—particularly within AI and digital transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic settings and enjoys driving projects forward with minimal oversight.
Ideal Candidate- Experienced in producing technical artifacts and managing engineering-driven projects.
- Has worked on AI pilots, AI governance, or digital modernization initiatives
, especially in finance or process excellence environments. - Comfortable interfacing between engineering and business teams, including Centers of Excellence (COEs) for RPA or digital finance.
- Familiar with legal and privacy considerations from a technical perspective
. - Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communicator with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear documentation.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $80-$85 / hr. w2
Responsibilities- Lead the creation of High-Level and Low-Level Design documents
, including architectural decisions, capability architecture, and compliance requirements. - Own the development of Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), focusing on problem statements, goals, success metrics, user personas, workflows, and launch plans.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering and Product teams to gather input, drive approvals, and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
- Navigate internal processes related to privacy, security, and compliance
, proactively managing documentation and approvals. - Build strong cross-functional partnerships and act as a central point of coordination for project execution.
- High-Level Design creation (Problem Statement, Constraints, Proposed Solution, Compliance)
- Low-Level Design development (Component Design, Operational Aspects, Risks)
- Product Requirements Document expertise (Vision, Goals, Metrics, Personas, Flows, Dependencies)
- Familiarity with frameworks like DACIE (Driver, Approvers, Contributors, Informed, Escalation)
