Meta Ads Manager

Job Description Role Overview:

Legal Soft is seeking a Meta Ads Manager to own and optimize our client acquisition engine across Meta channels. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and scaling high-performing paid media campaigns that generate qualified leads, demos, and signed clients within preferred metrics and Cost per acquisition KPIs.

• Paid Media Strategy & Execution
  - Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta
  - Own budget pacing, scaling, and ROI-driven optimization
• Performance Optimization
  - Optimize for cost per qualified lead, cost per demo booked/completed, and cost per signed client
  - Test audiences, creatives, copy, landing pages, and offers
• Legal Lead Funnel & Intake Alignment
  - Collaborate with intake teams to ensure lead quality alignment
  - Track leads from first click through signed case
• External Vendor Management
  - Manage and oversee external paid media vendors and agencies
  - Act as primary point of contact for vendor performance and accountability
  - Manage large ad spend budgets and ensure ROI-driven execution
  - Identify performance gaps and drive corrective action
• Reporting & Analytics
  - Build and maintain dashboards and weekly/monthly performance reports
  - Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership

• 3+ years of paid media management experience
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads a plus
• Experience with lead generation, CRM tracking, and attribution

• Consistent generation of high-quality legal leads
• Reduced cost per signed client over time
• Clear visibility into ROI and scalable campaign performance
