• We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, governance, coordination, and execution of a large-scale enterprise residuals solution implementation.
• The ideal candidate is a highly organized project leader with experience managing complex enterprise software implementations involving business, vendor, and technology teams. This individual will be responsible for driving project execution from planning through production deployment while ensuring effective governance, executive reporting, testing coordination, compliance, strategic migrations, and phased production releases.
• This role is focused on enterprise project management and delivery leadership. The Project Manager will partner closely with business stakeholders, implementation vendors, application owners, infrastructure teams, and corporate governance organizations to ensure successful implementation, production readiness, and operational transition.

• Own the overall project plan, schedule, and execution across multiple work streams.
• Maintain integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths using Asana.
• Coordinate activities across business, vendor, finance, payroll, infrastructure, and technology teams.
• Manage project risks, issues, assumptions, decisions, action items, and dependencies (RAID).
• Facilitate project status meetings, steering committee meetings, and executive reviews.
• Drive accountability across all project teams to ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved.
• Proactively identify schedule risks and coordinate mitigation strategies.

• Maintain governance artifacts including project plans, status repots, milestone tracking and actions.
• Develop executive-level reporting highlighting project health, schedule, risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate communications across executive sponsors, stakeholders and partners.
• Ensure project documentation remains current, accurate, and organized.

• Coordinate day-to-day activities with the implementation vendor and project resources.
• Track deliverables, milestones, and action items.
• Escalate project risks, issues, and blockers in a timely manner.
• Coordinate cross-functional decision making between business, vendor, and technology teams.
• Partner closely with the client application owner to remediate issues.
• Build strong working relationships across business, finance, payroll, technology, compliance, and vendor organizations to facilitate successful project execution.

• Coordinate Integration Testing, QA, UAT, and production readiness activities.
• Ensure project plans, test cases, entrance and exit criteria, and readiness activities are completed.
• Coordinate defect triage, issue resolution, and readiness reviews.
• Coordinate pre-implementation governance reviews are completed before implementation.
• Partner with teams to ensure required SOX controls and supporting documentation are completed.
• Lead production readiness reviews with Compliance, Audit, Info Sec, Infrastructure, and App teams.

• Develop and maintain the integrated cutover plan for the enterprise residuals implementation.
• Coordinate all production deployment activities across business, vendor, and technology teams.
• Drive planning and execution of strategic data migrations and phased rolling migrations.
• Coordinate dependencies between conversion, integrations, testing, infrastructure, and deployments.
• Lead cutover planning meetings, readiness checkpoints, and production go/no-go reviews.
• Track completion of cutover activities, ensuring prerequisites and approvals are completed.
• Coordinate rollback and contingency planning to minimize operational risk during deployments.
• Monitor execution of cutover activities and facilitate issue resolution during deployment windows.
• Coordinate post-deployment validation activities and transition to application support.
