Pay Range: $46-51/hr. on W2
Job DescriptionSupport enterprise business and technology initiatives by analyzing existing business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and delivering scalable business solutions that improve organizational operations. Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to evaluate current-state processes, identify opportunities for optimization, define functional and system requirements, and translate business needs into technical specifications. Participate throughout the software development lifecycle by supporting requirements management, testing, implementation, and post-production activities while ensuring solutions align with business objectives.
This role supports a collaborative Agile environment focused on business process improvement, enterprise application development, and technology modernization. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills and be comfortable working across both business and technical teams.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for operational improvement and process optimization.
- Gather, document, validate, and manage business, functional, and system requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for development teams.
- Develop process documentation including flowcharts, swim lane diagrams, data flow diagrams, and use case documentation.
- Conduct business process analysis, feasibility studies, and support business process reengineering initiatives.
- Manage and track requirements using Azure Dev Ops throughout Agile software development projects.
- Support system testing, validation, implementation, and post-production activities to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and project managers to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Prepare business cases, technical documentation, reports, and other project deliverables.
- Identify opportunities to leverage Dynamics 365 and Azure capabilities to improve future-state business processes.
- Strong business analysis, process mapping, and requirements gathering skills.
- Experience with Azure Dev Ops and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Strong technical and business documentation skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams.
- Experience creating flowcharts, swim lane diagrams, use case diagrams, and data flow diagrams.
- Strong testing, validation, and business process improvement experience.
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 and enterprise business applications is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience performing business analysis on IT projects.
- At least 3 years of experience in business systems analysis and design.
- 3+ years of experience documenting business processes using industry-standard methodologies.
- 3+ years of experience managing requirements in Azure Dev Ops throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Experience analyzing and improving business processes using Dynamics 365 and Azure capabilities preferred.
- Bachelor's degree required (or equivalent combination of education and qualifying experience).
- Hybrid position; local candidates only.
- Standard work schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. - Background check and fingerprinting required during onboarding.
