Overview
The Los Angeles Dodgers Information Technology Department seeks a skilled IT Service Desk Engineer responsible for managing endpoint device procedures, security, process improvements, and coordination of service desk tools for the Los Angeles Dodgers and related Affiliates. This role requires IT endpoint management experience and proficiency with MDM/RMM tools.

- Identify and implement process improvements in IT service desk operations.
