Responsibilities:

Develop and implement data quality standards, policies, and procedures to improve data accuracy and reliability

Monitor and analyze data quality metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

Collaborate with data sources and stakeholders to understand and resolve data quality issues

Conduct data audits and identify data quality issues, root causes, and provide recommendations for resolution

Define and maintain data quality rules and perform regular data quality checks to ensure compliance

Communicate data quality processes and guidelines to internal teams and provide training as needed

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to data quality management and implement them within the organization

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field2+ years of experience in data quality analysis or a similar role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail

Proficient in SQL and experience working with databases

Knowledge of data quality tools and methodologies

Experience with data profiling, mapping, and standardization

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment
