We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between high-level business strategy, data engineering, and Salesforce architecture.

In this role, you won't just gather requirements—you will actively lead discovery, analyze complex legacy data models, review system integrations, and map out enterprise-level digital transformations. If you have a background in elite tech consulting or internal business innovation, a strong grip on Salesforce system analysis and design, and a natural knack for data flows, you will thrive here.

The ideal candidate will be able to take a requirement from analysis to high level solution design and estimate.

• Lead Enterprise Discovery: Conduct discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews across multiple client departments to define project scope, requirements, and detailed functional specifications.
• Drive Classic-to-Lightning Migrations: Document and analyze complex, legacy Salesforce Classic environments. Perform gap analyses and architect comprehensive migration plans to transition users seamlessly to Salesforce Lightning.
• Map Integrations & Data Flows: Document end-to-end data flows, system integrations, and API requirements for real-time validation across Salesforce clouds and external systems (e.g., ERP, WMS, OMS, payment gateways). Maintain strict data integrity throughout complex data migrations.
• Business Process Innovation: Audit manual or partially manual business processes and design modern, digital alternatives using low-code automation, Salesforce flows, and structured document generation systems.

  Partner with the PMO on phase-gate deliverables, project status updates, budget tracking, and vendor coordination across multi-cloud implementations.
• Data Strategy & Analytics: Act as the bridge to business intelligence by leveraging SQL databases and building dynamic, advanced reporting structures (Tableau/PowerBI) for executive and operational tracking.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in management information systems (MIS), Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Must Have Consulting Background: 4+ years of professional experience, ideally split between digital consulting firms (e.g., EY, Slalom) and internal corporate innovation or technology solutions roles.
• Salesforce Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform (Classic and Lightning), including at least 3+ years as a BA on large-scale Salesforce implementations and 2+ years with Service Cloud.
• Technical Toolbelt:
• Requirements Definition and Use Case Creation: Able to write complete requirements that draw on your Salesforce experience to drive acceptance criteria and QA tests.
• Data & Analytics: Solid understanding of data models with specific understanding of Salesforce data management and schema.
• Architecture & Flow: Strong documentation skills for creating system architecture diagrams, process flows, and integration mappings.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; a "business-first, tech-fluent" operator who can easily translate technical requirements for non-technical executives.
• Location: Ability to work hybrid out of our Los Angeles office, work at local Los Angeles customer offices as well as travel onsite to customer facilities as needed.

• Active Salesforce Administrator Certification or Lightning Experience Transition Certification.
• Familiarity with middleware platforms (Mule Soft) or programming concepts (Python, C#).
• Experience with payment gateway integrations, PCI compliance, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
