ECN Operating LLC is seeking an IT Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for tech questions across Elite Clinical Network. You will handle day-to-day helpdesk requests via Fresh service, triage tickets, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and macOS endpoints while supporting Microsoft 365 apps.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication, customer service orientation, and experience with Intune and Entra device provisioning and access management.
