You will join our Mission Success team, and will be Skydio's Law Enforcement customer liaison with Los Angeles Police Department and broadly responsible for the success of our contracts to include: project planning, technical execution, risk management, problem solving, budget, performance improvements and scheduling...

Location:

Los Angeles (this is a firm requirement)

• Be a highly collaborative, requirements driven planner...
• Plan and design end-to-end project deployment and integration activities...
• Understand customer requirements and translate them to Skydio’s agile product and technical teams...
• Establish relationships with the Law Enforcement customer...
• Inform Skydio and customer business and program leaders regarding contract management risks...
• General support of go-to-market & business activities as required.

• Experience as a customer-facing professional services / program manager... preferably for law enforcement agencies.
• Excellent communication skills... focus on project management tools and concepts.
• Proven track record of implementing new technology, agile development...
• Experience in implementing effective internal business systems, processes and controls... for management of large scale customer projects in the Law Enforcement field
• Experience with Law Enforcement and commercial Unmanned Aircraft Systems and related software development.
• Law Enforcement/Federal Program Management experience, to include:
  Technology Assessments, Systems Design, Systems Analysis, Programmatic Support, Acquisition Planning, and Budget Planning.
• Outstanding analytical thinker and problem solver...
• Obtaining FAA Part 107 certification within the first 60 days of employment is strongly encouraged...

... The annual base salary range for this position is $145,000 - $180,000*.

Experience as a customer-facing professional services or program manager, preferably for law enforcement agencies, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Proven track record of implementing new technology and agile development, Experience implementing internal business systems and controls for large scale Law Enforcement projects, Experience with Law Enforcement and commercial Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) and related software development, Experience in Law Enforcement/Federal Program Management including Technology Assessments, Systems Design, Systems Analysis, Acquisition Planning, and Budget Planning, Strong analytical thinking and independent problem-solving skills, FAA Part 107 certification encouraged (required for certain positions)
