Providing Level 2 technical support in a remote, full-time capacity, the CMMC Technical Support Engineer will troubleshoot and resolve issues across various environments including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and endpoint management, while adhering to established security and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver Level 2 technical support and manage assigned tickets through resolution while meeting response and SLA expectations
- Troubleshoot technical issues across cloud services, identity management, and security platforms, ensuring compliance with CMMC and other security frameworks
- Maintain accurate ticket documentation and collaborate with other technical teams to escalates complex issues as necessary
- 3+ years of experience in IT support, managed services, or systems administration
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace
- Experience with identity and access management platforms such as Entra Okta
- Familiarity with endpoint management solutions like Intune and experience supporting Windows and macOS environments
- Working knowledge of networking, endpoint security, and secure remote access technologies
