We are seeking a skilled and motivated QA Engineer, preferably of Indian nationality, to join our team in Los Angeles. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products through rigorous testing and analyzing results to identify and report any issues. This is an excellent opportunity for someone without prior experience in the field as we offer on-the-job training and accommodation assistance.

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Conduct both manual and automated testing of software products
• Identify and document any defects or issues found during testing
• Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and improve product quality
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards
• Analyze test results to identify areas for improvement or optimization
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to QA testing

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies
• Experience with manual and automated testing tools, such as Selenium or JMeter
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python is a plus
• Attention to detail and ability to think critically when identifying potential issues
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
