Microtransit NTD Transit Data Manager

At MV Transportation, Inc., a leader in public transportation services across North America, we are seeking a skilled Microtransit NTD Transit Data Manager to join our IT & Data Management team. This role is crucial for managing the data integrity and reporting for our microtransit and National Transit Database (NTD) reporting needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management, analytics, and a deep understanding of transit operations to enhance our services and compliance with federal reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the collection, validation, and submission of microtransit and NTD data for federal compliance.
• Develop and implement management systems for data accuracy and integrity.
• Liaise with transit operations to ensure data reflects accurate and timely operational metrics.
• Generate reports and insights that help improve service efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with IT and operations teams to design and refine data collection methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding transit data reporting.
• Train and support team members on new systems or updates in data management practices.
