We are hiring a skilled Database Administrator to join our team in Los Angeles USA As a Database Administrator you will be responsible for managing the performance integrity and security of our companys databases Your primary duties will include designing implementing and maintaining database systems as well as troubleshooting any issues that may arise This role requires strong technical skills attention to detail and the ability to work independently
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement database structures and systems
- Monitor database performance and troubleshoot any issues
- Ensure data integrity and security
- Develop backup and recovery strategies
- Create and maintain documentation for database processes and procedures
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure optimal database usage
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in database technology
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Database Administrator
- Proficiency in SQL programming language
- Experience with data backuprecovery solutions
- Familiarity with database security methods
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Experience with Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server
- Knowledge of cloud-based databases
- Certification in Database Administration
Salary $1200 per month negotiable based on experience
