IT Support Specialist
Robert Half is seeking an IT Support Specialist for a client located in Culver City, CA. IT Support Specialist to provide technical support across a large enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting Mac/macOS environments, with strong expertise in Jamf and Microsoft Intune, as well as experience managing and troubleshooting enterprise endpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier I/II technical support to enterprise users across Mac/macOS and Windows environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, networking, application, and connectivity issues.
- Provide hands-on support for Apple Mac devices, iPhones, and other Apple endpoints.
- Administer and support Apple devices using Jamf, including device enrollment, configuration profiles, application deployment, policies, compliance, and troubleshooting.
- Manage and support Windows and cross-platform endpoints using Microsoft Intune, including device enrollment, application deployment, configuration policies, compliance, and endpoint troubleshooting.
- Support identity and access-related issues involving Microsoft Entra /Azure AD, Active Directory, MFA, and password/account management.
- Install, configure, update, and maintain enterprise software and endpoint applications.
