Data Analytics Specialist

We are in search of a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analytics Specialist to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, identifying trends and patterns, and providing valuable insights to inform business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistics, data mining, and programming languages such as SQL and Python.

This role is suitable for someone who is analytical, organized, and has great attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets using various statistical techniques
• Identify trends and patterns within the data
• Present findings in a clear and concise manner through visualizations and reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions
• Develop models and algorithms to predict future trends
• Regularly monitor data quality to ensure accuracy of analysis
• Stay updated on industry developments and incorporate new tools/techniques into analysis process

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience working with data analytics
• Proficient in SQL and programming languages such as Python
• Strong knowledge of statistical methods and tools
• Experience with data mining tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Excellent analytical skills with great attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders

Salary: $1500/month (negotiable based on experience)
