IT Manager - Los Angeles

We are currently hiring an experienced and dynamic IT Manager to join our growing team in Los Angeles. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology infrastructure and operations. As the IT Manager, you will need to have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

• Develop and implement IT strategies and policies in line with the company's goals and objectives
• Oversee all aspects of the company's information technology infrastructure and systems, including hardware, software, networks, and security
• Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise in a timely manner
• Plan and execute system upgrades and enhancements as needed
• Ensure data security and disaster recovery plans are in place and regularly tested
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the industry to recommend improvements or new solutions for the company
• Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and provide solutions that align with business requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field;
  Master's degree preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in an IT management role
• Proven experience managing a team of IT professionals
• Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, networks, security protocols, etc.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR) is preferred
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into layman's terms

Salary: $1500 per month
