Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann company, is seeking a Jr. IT Service Desk Analyst- ON SITE in Los Angeles, CA for a long-term contract. The role is 100% on-site, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with day hours and occasional after-hours/on-call rotation.
The pay rate is $30–$32 per hour and shift flexibility may be required. The candidate will provide first-line IT support via ticketing systems, phone, Zoom, Slack, and remote tools, troubleshoot hardware/software, and assist with conference room
