IT Manager - Los Angeles, USA

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Los Angeles. The IT Manager will oversee all aspects of our company’s information technology systems and infrastructure, managing a team of IT professionals, implementing new technologies, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our systems.

• Develop and implement IT strategies to support business objectives.
• Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee the installation and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Ensure security of our systems through regular updates and backups.
• Stay current with new technologies and recommend implementation.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify technology needs and provide solutions.
• Develop policies and procedures for data management and security.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in an IT management role.
• Strong knowledge of network administration, security protocols, and data management.
• Experience managing a team of IT professionals.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proven problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to stay updated with emerging technologies.

Competitive salary: $1600 per month for this contract position.
