IT Service Desk Analyst I- ONSITE

Yoh is seeking a Jr. IT Service Desk Analyst- ONSITE with our client within the Media Industry for a long term contract located in Los Angeles, CA

• This position is 100% OnSite, 5 days a week
• 40 hours, Mon-Friday, Day time hours. Ability to work occasionally after hours and on weekends for maintenance and as part of an on-call rotation on rare occasions.
• $30-32/hr. max pay rate

• Provide first-line IT support for staff via ticketing system, phone, Zoom, Slack, and remote tools.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and application issues on-site and remotely.
• Support conference room technology and provide walk-up IT assistance.
• Maintain accurate documentation and elevate complex issues as needed.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery.

• A high school diploma or higher, (i.e. an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field) or equivalent work experience is required
• 2-3years of experience with an in‑person or virtual technical support role in a fast‑paced, high‑volume support environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with users, understand their needs,and provide clear and helpful support
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts. Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS), and common applications (Microsoft Office Suite)
• Ability to diagnose and resolve first-level technical problems, often under pressure.
• Familiarity with using ticketing systems to track and manage support requests.
• Ability to accurately document technical issues and solutions for future reference.
• Possesses general proficiency in navigating Slack, Google Workspace, Office 365, and various other SaaS applications, including Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues.
• Strong desire to learn new technologies and systems.

Estimated Min Rate: $30.00
