Yoh is seeking a Jr. IT Service Desk Analyst- ONSITE for our client within the Media Industry in Los Angeles, CA. This role is 100% OnSite, 5 days a week, 40 hours, Monday-Friday, with day-time hours.
Pay range is $30–$32 per hour and occasional after-hours on-call rotation may apply. Responsibilities include first-line IT support via ticketing system, phone, Zoom, Slack, and remote tools; troubleshooting hardware, software, and applications on-site and remotely; supporting conference room
