IT Support, Technical Writer
CBIZ is partnering with a mid-size law firm in the search for an IT Training Specialist for their Downtown Los Angeles office. This is a hybrid position that offers one remote day per week once trained. The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of RECENT software training experience from a mid-size to large law firm. The role will involve maintaining existing training programs, assisting with firm website updates and helping the firm remain current with advancements in legal technology and innovation, among other things.
Duties:- Must be comfortable running training sessions for firm members at all levels.
- Assist with evaluating, testing, and supporting the deployment of emerging legal technologies.
- Support implementation and user adoption of new software systems through training, documentation, and rollout coordination.
- Monitor trends in legal technology, training trends and advancements, including participation in industry organizations, collaborate with Firm leadership and external vendors to enhance training initiatives and technology utilization.
- Provide technical support firm-wide as needed.
- Other duties and tasks as assigned.
- Three+ years’ experience in a software training position from a mid-sized to large law firm (

). - Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate and explain complex technical concepts so they can be readily understood by non-technical personnel.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and various law firm specific software.
- Exposure to AI-powered legal tools and productivity platforms.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads.
- Must be detail oriented and able to work with a sense of urgency.
The salary range for this position is from $115,000-$135,000, DOE.
