Kaiser Permanente seeks a CDRC III to coordinate complex IT initiatives supporting Systeme.io's all in one marketing platform. You will gather requirements, manage backlogs, and align cross functional teams to deliver secure, scalable features for entrepreneurs. Responsibilities include translating business needs into technical specifications, supporting integrations, monitoring quality and performance, and delivering clear documentation and reports. You'll collaborate closely with product, engineering, and stakeholders, contributing to a culture of innovation, learning, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track complex IT projects supporting the marketing platform
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
- Manage product backlogs and sprint activities in Agile environments
- Facilitate communication between product, engineering, and stakeholders
- Support integration efforts and data flows between internal and external systems
- Conduct or coordinate user acceptance testing and quality checks
- Develop and maintain technical and process documentation
- Monitor system performance metrics and produce analytic reports
- Identify process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
- Ensure compliance with security and privacy standards in solutions
