Responsibilities:Net Suite ERP Administration & Development: Serve as a primary administrator and technical owner for the Net Suite One World environment, including custom records, workflows, scripts, and forms.
Process Optimization: Build, document, and continuously improve global financial system configurations, processes, and internal controls to drive efficiency and scalability.
Multi‑Entity Management: Configure metadata, dimensions, security, roles, and permissions across entities. Support multi‑entity, multi‑currency, and multi‑subsidiary operations.
Financial Systems Integration: Configure and maintain integrations between Net Suite One World and other enterprise applications, including Salesforce, payroll systems, banking platforms, treasury applications, HRIS platforms, CRM systems, data warehouses, REST APIs, and Oracle Cloud services. Develop and monitor automated data pipelines and troubleshoot integration and data synchronization issues.
Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain reporting including Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow Reporting, Variance Analysis, Departmental Reporting, KPI Dashboards, Executive Scorecards, Global Consolidated Reporting, and Operational Metrics.
Data Governance: Maintain financial dimensions across reporting environments, ensure consistency and accuracy across the Net Suite ERP platform, and support master data governance initiatives. Improve data quality through validation and reconciliation processes.
Finance Partnership: Work closely with Finance and Accounting teams to improve financial processes, support monthly close cycles, enhance management reporting, and develop executive dashboards and reporting tools.
