Apex, a fast-growing aerospace startup in Playa Vista, Los Angeles, is seeking a Help Desk Technician to provide hands-on Tier 1 and 2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and network connectivity. You will diagnose hardware, software, OS, and VPN issues and follow established procedures.
You will support Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, document steps in the ticketing system, and escalate when needed. The role requires US citizenship and on-site work in Playa Vista.
