There's still much to do, and we're excited to grow a team of motivated humans ready for the challenge. The journey toward better continues.

Everlane's mission is to make ethical basics accessible to everyone around the world. We're reimagining the apparel industry and setting a higher standard for transparency and sustainability. At Everlane, we believe that great design improves people's lives and that every interaction is an opportunity to create a better customer experience.

Come be a part of a growing team of designers, engineers, ecommerce, and product partners passionate about solving increasingly complex customer and business problems. As a Digital Designer / CRO Specialist, you will help shape and optimize Everlane's digital experience across the customer journey. • We participate in cross-team collaborations with data, marketing, CX, and ecommerce teams.
  • We put an emphasis on the entire design and optimization process — from strategic definition and research to ideation, prototyping, execution, testing, and analysis.
  • We use customer behavior, quantitative data, and qualitative insights to inform design decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • We move fast, iterate often, and use testing and learnings to continuously improve the customer experience.
  • We commit to continually learning, training, and improving our individual skills and those of our teammates and colleagues.

  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion, engagement, and customer experience through a combination of design, analytics, customer insights, and experimentation.
  • Ideate, design, and support the execution of A/B tests and other experimentation initiatives focused on improving conversion and customer behavior.
  • Develop hypotheses based on quantitative and qualitative data and translate insights into actionable design and optimization recommendations.
  • Analyze customer behavior and funnel performance to identify friction points and opportunities across the ecommerce journey.
  • Partner with ecommerce, product, engineering, data, and marketing teams to prioritize and execute CRO initiatives.
  • Design and prototype new experiences, features, and site components with a focus on usability, accessibility, and conversion.
  • Define complex end-to-end UX flows for a variety of touchpoints and user scenarios.
  • Conduct and leverage quantitative and qualitative research, including behavioral analytics, usability testing, and customer feedback.
  • Use experimentation results and performance data to iterate on designs and inform future experiences.
  • Run usability testing to validate designs, test assumptions, and uncover customer pain points.
  • Help build and implement Everlane's design system while ensuring designs support both brand and business objectives.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous testing, learning, and optimization across the ecommerce experience.
