The IT Manager supports Smosh's creative and technical teams by managing, maintaining, and ensuring the operational readiness of all IT related equipment. Reporting to the Director of IT, the IT Manager collaborates closely to deliver seamless technical support for the company with a main focus on office and on-site operations.

• IT Infrastructure knowledge:
  Strong understanding of client/server technology, network architecture, systems administration, and IT operations best practices
• Technical Troubleshooting:
  Strong working knowledge of IT equipment, including MacOS and Windows operating systems, and Google Workspace management
• Acute Problem-solving & critical thinking:
  Highly detail-oriented with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues, prioritize competing needs, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Technology Curiosity:
  Passion for information technology and willingness to stay current with industry trends
• Collaborative & Communication:
  Effective communicator and collaborator across departments and stakeholders
