PC Technician
Entry-level experience supporting, installing, and deploying PCs and related hardware. Basic troubleshooting and repair skills for desktop/laptop hardware and software. Experience installing Windows operating systems, software, and business applications. Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Basic understanding of profile management, data migration, and data transfer processes. Strong customer service skills with experience interacting directly with end users. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and adapt to changing priorities.
Insight Global is looking for a PC Technician to provide end-user support for Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Teams, and enterprise desktop environments. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic networking issues, including Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, and IP configuration. Support PC, laptop, tablet, and peripheral deployments, imaging, installations, upgrades, data transfers, and asset management. Assist with equipment staging, deployment execution, inventory tracking, and asset disposition while maintaining accurate documentation and daily activity reporting.
