SoLa Impact is seeking an IT Support Specialist II in Los Angeles to join our IT team under the guidance of the IT Manager. This entry-level role focuses on building foundational IT skills, handling basic help desk requests, and supporting hardware and software setup while delivering friendly, patient service to employees.
You will shadow senior staff, learn our tools and processes, and grow toward greater independence. A high school diploma is required;
CompTIA A+ is a plus.
