Meta is seeking a results-driven Strategic Partner Manager to lead relationships with top AI and tech creators across Instagram and Meta products. This role owns a portfolio of high-value AI and tech creator partnerships, working to deepen their presence, product adoption, and monetization on Meta platforms.

The SPM will act as a trusted advisor to creators and their representation, while serving as a key cross-functional partner for Product, Marketing, and Communications. This is an external-facing role that requires deep fluency in AI and the creator economy, relationship-building skills, and the ability to operate with autonomy in a rapidly evolving, ambiguous environment.

Strategic Partner Manager, Creators - Innovation Responsibilities:

Own and grow a portfolio of strategic creator relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and acting as a trusted advisor

Develop and execute partnership strategies that drive adoption of Meta's AI products as well as content investment and monetization outcomes for creators on Meta platforms

Build executive-level relationships with creators, talent management, and representation

Serve as a key cross-functional point of contact for AI & tech creators, partnering with Product, Marketing, Communications, Sales, and Policy to translate creator needs into internal action

Design and land tentpole moments and programs tied to key industry events (e.g., CES, Meta Connect)
Drive early adoption of Meta's AI products within the innovation vertical

Provide structured market and competitive intelligence on creator sentiment, platform preference, and emerging trends to inform Product and Partnerships leadership

Represent Meta externally at industry events and evangelize the creator opportunity

Track, measure, and report on portfolio health and partnership impact against goals

Minimum Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, creator marketing, technology, media, or a related field, or 6+ years with an MBA or Master's degree

Experience working directly with creators, talent, agencies, or representation

Demonstrated experience building and managing external relationships

Experience influencing and driving alignment across cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Communications)
Communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to senior external stakeholders

Experience operating with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment with multiple competing priorities

Analytical skills, with experience using data to prioritize a portfolio and measure its impact

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience designing and executing creator programs tied to major industry moments (e.g., SXSW, Cannes Lions)
Experience managing a portfolio at scale with a tiered engagement model

Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies

Demonstrated fluency in AI products and the broader AI landscape, and a habit of staying current with emerging AI technologies

Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
Understanding of the competitive creator platform landscape (e.g., You Tube, Tik Tok, X, Substack)
Hands-on experience applying AI tools (e.g., prompt engineering, agent orchestration) to optimize workflows and drive measurable impact

Familiarity with Meta's AI product suite, wearables, and smart glasses

Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
