information technology architecture; information technology performance assessment; infrastructure design; systems integration; systems life cycle; and technology awareness.
Strong business process analysis and requirements development skills. Proficiency with project and work management tools:
Jira, Azure Dev Ops, MS Project, Smartsheet. Ability to use Power BI for project metrics, dashboards, and reporting. Familiarity with contracts management systems, claims processing, or case management systems. Technical familiarity with SQL, cloud systems, or enterprise integration platforms.
Required:
This classification requires a minimum of seven (7) years of broad, extensive and increasingly responsible experience applying PM principles, methods, techniques, and tools. At least four (4) years of that experience must have been as a senior PM of one or more large or complex IT projects.
2+ years of proven experience implementing COTS/SaaS solutions (workflow management, case management, ERP, or similar platforms). 4+ years of experience managing system integration and data exchange projects (APIs, interface engines, secure file transfers, HL7/FHIR/X12). 2+ years of hands-on experience in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
