- ** SUMMARY*The Talent Systems Administrator is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of Workday as the firm's primary Human Resource Information System (HRIS), as well as auxiliary information systems. This role focuses on both day-to-day system support and overall system performance, ensuring that systems are functioning optimally to meet the needs of the department and the firm  responsibilities include managing system configuration, security, and overall functionality, as well as designing and implementing new modules, features, and system integrations.

The Talent Systems Administrator collaborates with subject-matter experts to ensure data integrity, process efficiency, and system reliability. Additionally, this role oversees integration management, including new build implementations and ongoing maintenance of system interfaces.

The Talent Systems Administrator is a key resource for system support, offering training on system navigation and functionality while proactively identifying opportunities to enhance system performance. Strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of Workday are essential to succeed in this role.
** Job Functions & Responsibilities
** Description of Functions & Responsibilities:
* Administer, maintain, and optimize Workday and other information systems to ensure peak performance and security.
* Oversee system functionality, data integrity, and process efficiency.
* Design, test, and implement new modules, features, and integrations.
* Manage system updates, troubleshoot issues, and support system integrations (ie. EIB, RaaS, CCB, etc.).
* Provide user support, training, and best practices on system functionality.
* Proactively identify and recommend improvements to optimize system performance.
* Manage system configuration, security, and data architecture.
* Build and maintain reports for scheduled and ad hoc analysis.
* Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Human Resources, Payroll, Recruiting, Attorney Development)
* Manage vendor relationships.
* Document system processes and configuration.
* Support key HR events like performance reviews and open enrollment.
* Lead system-related projects and process improvements.
* Troubleshoot, track, and document system issues and user requests, leveraging vendor support when necessary.
