- 8+ years of Project Management experience
, preferably in telecommunications, Unified Communications, voice, network infrastructure, or enterprise technology implementations. - Proven experience managing large-scale Cisco/Webex Calling, Cisco UC, VoIP, or enterprise telephony projects
. - Experience managing complex telephony migration/replacement projects involving multiple sites and large user/device populations.
- Experience coordinating technical teams across voice, network, security, Microsoft 365, identity, application, and infrastructure domains.
- Strong experience with project planning, scheduling, risk management, issue management, change control, dependency management, and stakeholder management
. - Experience developing and managing migration, cutover, rollback, UAT, testing, and disaster recovery plans
. - Experience leading pilot implementations and phased production cutovers
. - Strong vendor and third-party implementation partner management experience.
- Experience working directly with executive leadership, IT leadership, business stakeholders, technical teams, and end users.
- Strong understanding of enterprise telecommunications and UC concepts, including SIP, DID, dial plans, call routing, VoIP, gateways, survivability, E911, and contact center technologies
. - Experience managing projects involving analog/legacy telephony devices and operational/emergency systems is highly preferred.
- Experience with Service Now, Microsoft 365, Teams, Entra , and enterprise application integrations is preferred.
- Experience with public-sector, municipal, utility, or similarly regulated environments is highly desirable.
