Senior eCommerce & Digital Growth Manager

Reporting to:
Chief Digital Officer

We’re seeking a Senior eCommerce & Digital Growth Manager to take full commercial ownership of a growing US eCommerce business for a premium global lifestyle brand.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll own US online revenue, trading, merchandising, CRO, onsite search, experimentation and the connection between eCommerce and physical retail.

• Own US eCommerce trading, merchandising, promotions and revenue performance.
• Develop and execute a continuous CRO, A/B testing and experimentation roadmap.
• Optimise onsite search, landing pages, customer journeys and conversion.
• Work closely with marketing, technology, supply chain and retail teams to maximise online growth.
• Analyse performance data and identify opportunities to improve conversion, AOV and revenue
  .
• Forecast demand and ensure key products are aligned with trading plans.
• Act as the key US eCommerce voice within a global digital team.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to accelerate analysis, merchandising, reporting and execution.

• Proven experience growing US eCommerce revenue within a premium, considered-purchase or consumer brand.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and the wider Salesforce ecosystem.
• Strong knowledge of eCommerce trading, merchandising, CRO and experimentation

• Data-driven mindset with a proven track record of delivering measurable growth.
• Comfortable operating autonomously as a senior individual contributor.
• AI-first approach to working and problem solving.
• Experience with in furniture & home is highly desirable.
