E-Scooter Navigation Feature Testing (Part-Time) I. Testing Overview

This test involves on-road navigation function testing for overseas-market electric scooters (e-scooters) that have already been mass-produced and sold. Local testers will ride the scooters in real-world conditions to verify the navigation interface linkage, screen display status, and functional stability between the mobile app and the vehicle dashboard. All scooters used in this test fully comply with local road traffic regulations, and the testing process will strictly adhere to local traffic rules.

II.

Testing Requirements 2.1 Staffing

Two local full-time testers are assigned for this test to cover 8 hours testing per day in two shifts. The devices used by the testers must cover both Android and iOS systems to ensure comprehensive cross-system navigation function comparison testing and to guarantee complete and valid test data on both platforms.

2.2 Test Site

Los Angeles, USA, is the primary test location, chosen to closely reflect real-world riding scenarios of overseas local users and to ensure that test results are representative of the actual local usage environment.

2.3 Test Period
  • Working hours standard: 5 days per week, 8 effective working hours per day. The 8-hour daily working time counts as full effective working hours, covering all testing-related tasks, including but not limited to: e-scooter field operation, on-road testing, issue logging, scooter return, and test report writing. No overtime is scheduled by default; if overtime is necessary under special circumstances, the company will notify in advance.

Daily coordination, issue communication, and progress synchronization will be conducted via Lark (Feishu).
  • Overall work period: September 1 to October 15, totaling 1.5 months. The testing cycle may be extended based on actual field test progress, issue resolution and reproduction status, remaining test workloads, and other real-world conditions, subject to subsequent evaluation.
  • Pre-contract signing requirement: All testers must sign the CSA (Part-Time Consultant Service Agreement) before commencing any testing work. Only after signing may they proceed with testing-related activities.
2.4 Tester Requirements
  • Language ability: Native-level Mandarin Chinese proficiency is required to communicate smoothly and precisely with the domestic technical team, clearly report test issues, synchronize on-site conditions, and respond to inquiries.
  • Basic skills: Proficient in operating computers, smartphones, and other smart testing devices; thorough knowledge of Los Angeles local traffic regulations and local user riding habits; practical experience in short-distance two-wheeled vehicle riding, with the ability to independently conduct on-road tests.
  • Problem-solving ability: Meticulous and rigorous work ethic; able to independently reproduce navigation anomalies encountered on-site, fully document issue scenarios, operation steps, device status, abnormal phenomena, and other complete information, and clearly communicate them to the domestic technical team in an organized manner.
  • Tool operation ability: Able to independently install supporting test software on Windows and Mac computers; capable of following official manuals and simple code instructions to proficiently operate log capture tools and retain test data.
  • Test execution ability: Able to accurately interpret official test cases, independently set up and configure the test environment, fully execute all test cases, capture device logs, perform basic on-site troubleshooting and handling, and complete the full spectrum of testing tasks.
2.5 Test Equipment and Asset Requirements
  • Mobile phones: Two Android and two iOS phones are required for dual-system comparative testing. The company will provide one test phone per tester, and the tester must provide the second phone personally to meet the dual-system, multi-device comparison testing needs.
  • Recording equipment: DJI, GoPro, or similar portable action cameras are preferred (testers who can bring their own are encouraged to do so); if no portable camera is available, a chest-mounted phone holder may be used as a backup to continuously record navigation anomaly scenes and riding test processes for video documentation.
  • Test scooters: All test scooters will be provided by the company and may only be used for this dedicated navigation feature test. Private use, lending, or any improper operation is strictly prohibited. After the test concludes, all scooters must be…
