User Operations Intern

The User Operations Intern is responsible for the development, continuous improvement, and delivery of top-quality support. They are customer-obsessed and comfortable leveraging data, partnerships, and technology to develop creative solutions that improve the BIGO LIVE experience.

• Drive in-app operational strategies based on user profiles and behavior analysis, translating insights into actionable plans to boost revenue growth.
• Handle daily, weekly, and monthly tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
• Manage user segments and territories to develop data-driven insights, tactics, and strategies aimed at increasing paid user retention, acquisition, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with teams from Operations, Marketing, and Analytics to understand user behavior and identify key issues to focus on.
• Analyze patterns and trends to optimize user engagement, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions that enhance user retention and satisfaction.
• Build strong relationships with valuable paid users and partners to improve overall user satisfaction through effective communication.

• Bachelor's Degree above
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/G-Suite Applications;
  Excel/Google Sheets formula
• Basic SQL skills are required, along with strong logical thinking and the ability to identify valuable patterns from large datasets
