AgilLink Specialist

Business management firm is seeking a Agil Link Specialist to join their Los Angeles office.

• Provide day-to-day user support and troubleshooting for Agil Link
• Serve as an on-site point of contact for Agil Link-related questions and technical issues
• Assist with workflow management and resolve application-related problems
• Set up and maintain client and manager ledgers within Agil Link
• Work closely with the in-house Agil Link Systems Engineer to elevate and resolve complex issues
• Assist users with system functionality, processes, and best practices
• Help identify opportunities to improve workflows and system efficiency
• Provide general technical support as needed within the business management environment
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality when working with client information

• Bachelor's degree
• Hands-on Agil Link experience is required — candidates without Agil Link experience will not be considered
• Between 1-3 years of experience supporting Agil Link users in a business management, accounting, or professional services environment required

Salary Range: $85-100K
