ServiceNow Identity Governance Engineer

Role Overview:

This position involves leading the implementation and management of identity governance solutions, focusing on Service Now Identity Governance, Veza, and related technologies. The manager will design, configure, test, and deploy identity solutions, ensuring effective access management, role modeling, workflows, and compliance.

• Lead technical delivery of identity governance projects, troubleshooting complex issues and guiding onboarding activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and support solution delivery.
• Develop technical documentation, governance standards, and operational procedures.
• Enhance client security posture through visibility, entitlement management, and access governance improvements.
• Mentor team members and support security transformation initiatives.

• Minimum five years of hands‑on experience in Identity Governance and Administration, with at least two years in Service Now or Veza platforms.
• Experience implementing identity solutions, including application onboarding, access reviews, certifications, and enterprise integrations.
• Strong understanding of entitlement management, access controls, compliance, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills to lead technical discussions and deliver quality solutions.
• Ability to mentor teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and support security initiatives.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; travel may be required. Knowledge of identity analytics, governance capabilities, and regulatory compliance is preferred.
