California Correctional Health Care Services, through the Department of State Hospitals, provides health care and hospital technology services. The Information Technology Associate supports the full lifecycle of end-user device solutions, including evaluation, configuration, provisioning, training, security, tracking, and end-user computing support.
Responsibilities- Under general supervision of the Information Technology Supervisor l, the Information Technology Associate performs a variety of recurring, well-defined tasks requiring occasional innovative problem solving with guidelines for the Department of State Hospitals (DSH)
- This includes elements such as the full lifecycle of end-user device solutions including evaluation, configuration, provisioning, training, security, tracking, and support for an end-user computing environment
- Hybrid telework, subject to departmental policies, operational needs, and management approval
- Bicycle, mass transit and vanpool incentives for eligible state employees
- 100% of the transit pass up to the IRS maximum of $340 per month in 2026 for eligible state employees
