IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST 'Helpdesk Frontline Techs - AVAILABLE ASAP, TEMP ASSIGNMENT

Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking IT Support Specialists/Helpdesk Frontline Technicians to support a high-volume IT environment at the Santa Monica Studio location. We're looking for individuals who are hands‑on, customer-focused, and able to jump in quickly to keep users productive.

• 5-6 week assignment
• 100% onsite in LA (Playa Vista, Santa Monica Studio)
• $40-50/hr on W2 (contingent on experience)
• Candidates must be able to work directly on a W2 without sponsorship. NO C2C!!

• Provide frontline IT support for endpoint hardware and software issues.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, peripherals, and related equipment.
• Manage and resolve helpdesk tickets in a fast‑paced environment.
• Support device deployments, swaps, and basic technical troubleshooting.
• Communicate effectively with end users and provide excellent customer service.
• Execute assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

• Experience supporting endpoint hardware and end‑user technology.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work with urgency and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proven track record of getting things done in a high‑volume support environment.
• Helpdesk, desktop support, or IT support experience preferred.

Estimated Min Rate
: $40.00

Estimated Max Rate
: $50.00
