We are in search of a dynamic Rtc Support Specialist to join our Rtc team, ensuring streamlined AV operations and end-user support. The role involves active monitoring and troubleshooting of AV systems and requires on-site presence at Anduril Industries' Costa Mesa, CA Office, with potential travel to other locations.

Provide immediate assistance for AV issues in large spaces and conference rooms.

Support and maintain AV infrastructure, including hands-on help during major events.

Manage and organize AV supply inventory across the campus.

Set up and dismantle AV equipment for events, prepare new equipment, and assist with equipment transport.

Address user issues through Jira ticketing, direct walk-up requests, and deskside support.

Perform tests and checks on AV systems to preemptively identify and correct errors.

Deliver specialized support for high-profile AV events.

Troubleshoot and resolve a range of technical issues involving hardware, software, and network connectivity.

Offer end-user support including AV system installation, configuration, and problem-solving.

Own the setup and production of podcasts and live streaming when required.

Escalate complex issues to appropriate vendors or teams.

Be part of an on-call rotation schedule for continual support.

Travel as needed for office setups and external AV requirements. Up to 25% of the time.

Assisting users with IT related issues as needed.

At least 2 years experience in the Audio Visual field. IT experience is a plus.

A proactive, motivated, and customer-oriented professional with strong collaboration skills.

Ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations involving executive staff or government officials.

Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.

Prepared to engage in physical tasks and lift heavy items (approximately 50lbs).

Experience providing customer support and assisting users with daily AV challenges.

Competence in acting as the first point of contact for technical information gathering.

Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

$54,000 - $81,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
