- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for end users across hardware, software, systems, and applications.
- Configure, deploy, and support laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals.
- Support Windows desktop environments and iOS mobile devices.
- Assist with user account administration and access management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, escalating when necessary.
- Test and support video conferencing and meeting room technology.
- Maintain accurate hardware and equipment inventory.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors to resolve hardware, software, and equipment issues.
- Assist with system upgrades, application deployments, testing, and ongoing maintenance.
- Provide user training and guidance on supported hardware and software.
- Support Microsoft 365, Office applications, Adobe Acrobat, and related business applications.
- Assist with special projects and occasional offsite technical support as needed.
- Participate in shared after-hours support coverage, with overtime compensation provided.
- Minimum 5 years of professional IT support or related technical experience.
- Strong Tier 1/Tier 2 troubleshooting experience within a corporate or professional services environment.
- Experience supporting Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Office, iOS, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Familiarity with Azure administration, resource maintenance, and deployment.
- Working knowledge of Power Shell, SQL, and Power BI.
- Experience with account administration, hardware deployment, and endpoint support.
- Strong understanding of data confidentiality, information security, and appropriate handling of sensitive information.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and independently troubleshoot issues through resolution.
- Comfortable providing high-touch support to users with varying levels of technical expertise.
- Ability to work collaboratively within an IT support team while taking ownership of assigned issues.
- Availability for occasional travel and after-hours support as needed.
