As an Associate Director at Cross Country Consulting you will be responsible for a mix of client delivery, leading teams and developing junior team members, and participating in business development activities.

• Serve as a strategic thought partner to C-suite executives on data initiatives, understanding client personas (CFO, CIO, CHRO, CAO) and advising on harnessing data to support strategic goals.
• Advise clients on establishing a technology and data strategy program that democratizes data, leverages modern cloud platforms, promotes data management, uncovers critical control needs, monitors data quality, and more.
• Enhance clients’ technology stack and serve as Solution Architect to implement, collect, store, transform, process, and analyze data in a single source of truth consistently, efficiently, and without siloes.
• Architect and design scalable, secure, and high-performance data solutions across multiple cloud platforms.
• Lead end-to-end data solution implementation, including ingestion, storage, transformation, and visualization using tools like Snowflake, Databricks, Amazon Redshift, Google Big Query, Azure Synapse Analytics, Fivetran, Talend, PowerBI, Tableau, and Sigma Computing.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and developers to define technical requirements and best practices.
• Develop and enforce data governance, security, and compliance standards across data platforms.
• Optimize data pipelines and ETL processes for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions to improve data infrastructure and analytics capabilities.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to data engineers and other team members.
• Ensure seamless integration of data platforms within the enterprise architecture.
