- Execute and manage trades across centralized (CEX) and decentralized (DEX) venues
- Monitor positions, inventory, and P&L in real time
- Build and improve the desk's tooling, including position trackers, reporting dashboards, and hedging workflows
- Analyze market and execution data to identify slippage, profitability, and fill quality
- Develop depth in market structure and protocol mechanics
- 0–3 years of experience in quant research, engineering, data, or markets-adjacent roles
- Strong quantitative foundation in probability and statistics
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, notebooks) or adjacent tools like R, MATLAB, SQL, or Excel
- Demonstrated interest in crypto and De Fi
- Sound judgment under pressure and ability to stay composed
- Precise communicator
- Self-directed and adaptable in a remote-first environment
- Personal trading, market-making, or on-chain activity (e.g., a portfolio, bot, or Dune dashboard)
- Familiarity with Solana tooling (Jupiter, Orca, Drift) or EVM DeFi (Uniswap, Aave, Curve)
- Exposure to algorithmic or systematic trading
- Machine learning or large-scale data analysis experience
- Internships or prior work at a trading firm, market maker, or exchange
- Direct mentorship from senior traders
- Rapidly earned responsibility and clear feedback
- Exposure to the full stack of a trading operation
- A front-row seat to the convergence of equities, commodities, and crypto on-chain
