The Work:

Project is a People Soft HCM 9.2 upgrade and enhancements effort for a U.S. federal utility and spans Study, Design, Build / Test, and Deployment. Resource will lead functional activities for a People Soft HCM 9.2 upgrade project. Responsible for supporting both functional and technical activities for a People Soft HCM 9.2 upgrade project, including requirements analysis, configuration, customization, and testing across functional and technical domains.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure People Soft HCM modules according to functional specifications
Develop/modify People Code, SQR, Application Engine, and integration components
Support requirements sessions and contribute to functional/technical design documentation

Here’s what you need:

4+ years of People Soft HCM experience (9.x version preferred)

Experience with both functional requirements gathering and technical configuration/development

Bonus Points If You Have:

Knowledge of People Soft Integration Broker, web services, and interface development People Soft certification(s)

. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
