- Prepare detailed deliverables, including functional requirements, in line with industry best practices and agreed quality, processes, and timelines
- Represent the customer voice and provide a user perspective on feature value and objectives
- Deliver quality documentation, including customer journeys, use cases, activity diagrams, and technical diagrams.
- 3+ Years of experience working as a trained software Business Analyst
- Experience with various types of financial services
- Fluency with Atlassian products, including Jira and Confluence
- Strong BPMN, Use Case, and UML skills
- Strong communication and technical skills, with the ability to quickly understand technical issues and concepts
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent written and spoken English (C1)
- Nice to have:
Experience in fintech project/product development.
- $20/Hour (gross).
