Data Scientist

Pragmatic Play seeks a Data Scientist focused on applied research in computer vision and machine learning. Ideal candidates have experience with ML models and Python, particularly in the iGaming sector.

In this role, you will design and prototype machine learning and deep learning models, primarily in the realm of computer vision, tackling tasks such as object detection and image classification. Your work will involve framing business challenges as testable hypotheses and developing proofs-of-concept to validate them, iterating based on results.

Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with ML Engineers to scale prototypes into production systems. You will also track experiments and manage model and data versioning, ensuring that evaluation metrics are clearly defined to objectively compare different approaches. This position offers end-to-end involvement from research to deployment.
